Can you help others?

In my new role as Shadow Minister for Charities, I know that this is exactly the time when charities and voluntary organisations need our help because demand for their services is growing.

As we enter tough times, I hope that more people, who know they are relatively lucky, will be thinking about what they can do to help other people.
